I'm worried this will be a page Google will penalize us for since it's mostly copy pasta. Why not just make this a short sub-article that only lists the differences between it and the C3B?

If it's for civilians, why does it have a military-grade anti-FTL field projector on it? Under the restricted technologies agreement in the Nepleslian independence treaty, interdictor devices are illegal to civilians in Yamatai and Nepleslia.
