Notes: Just what it says on the box. This is a C5 hull with a bunch of volumetric projectors built in. The end goal is to make another 188604 planet-location type submission to give the entire planet a 'ring' made up of projections from these ships, filling the sky with whatever images USO wants to show.

Maybe educational material.
