I'm not seeing any real problems with this character. Pretty basic, but kinda cool; I'd expect him to try out being an MP or something. The negative feeling about politics is a nice touch.
I'll wait for a Nepleslian GM to examine this too, just in case.

Capitalization is needed at a few points, like at Likes and Dislikes.
It would be a improvement to go a little more in detail in the skills, as well as kill the floating ( at Rogue.
Also would be great to get more description in. Not absolutely necessary, but quite useful.
