Can new players create two characters?

You asked me to find new people to be the Azorean playerbase, but since they will probably have to wait until they are discovered before actually using them, can they make another character for another plot/species?

I'd assume it would be fine. It might actually be better since they could have a temporary character to get used to the feel of SARP before diving into a completely new plot. And besides, I don't think seniority starts mattering in character creation unless you want to make 3 or more.

All players have at least two character slots they can use at their discretion.
