Character Creation Question.

Would it be possible to create a 5th XF Nepleslian Veteran for the Pieces Station? Because I think that people who dont want to ST into a Yamataian body even under the emperess's order would clearly have some kind of serious issue that a newly enlisted soldier could not possibly have. Plus some kind of experience or standing should be in order for him to remain an SAoY soldier in his Nepleslian body at all.

Personally I see no problem with it. You've proven yourself a capable roleplayer in the past and I believe that you can pull off this character.
