Resolved Character Mods

Completely forgot to do this before, but right now, it doesn't appear that the Character Mod label gives me control to move, delete or otherwise manage threads in the NCB forum. Not a big deal, just makes it harder for me to keep your workload down, @Wes , since so far as I can tell it's only staff who can move the threads once they're approved.

Should be fixed now.

Do we all get that? I haven't tested any admin power yet because I thought we didn't have any.

It's for the new characters forum for all character approver group members.

Ah, got it. Oh whoa, the checkboxes! I didn't see that. Huh.
