Currently, my concerns are two fold; the damage rating for it is too low since it's larger than its contemporary mini-missiles, and that the article currently uses a wrap, which doesn't work well on mobile phones.

• Increase its direct impact DR to Tier 7 (leave frag effect alone)
  
• Remove the table wrap
