I like the clothing and head. But IMO the proportions for the arms and legs are horribly wrong.

Artistic license ™ also exists and I think the artist may have stretched the limbs a bit in your eyes in order to make the pose work without her hunching over
 
IMO the only limb that seems problematically not-correct is her right arm, and I think that might even be b/c of the angle we're looking at the picture at so IDK.
 
Its still a nice picture, just things don't look quite right. The Right arm is way too long, but the legs are too thick, "Hanako has a short slender stature"
