knocked distance down to 30ly.
Of course communication transmissions really have unlimited range but are limited by receiver sensitivity and propagation speed. Perhaps maximum range isn't exactly the right term, but I think its the term that will best convey the limitations to casual players. Though huge range was kinda the idea so it is still fairly big.
