Resolved creation of NDC 18+ subforum, and movement of all S6 18+ threads

recently it's become clear that NDC has no shortage of lewd posts, and adult RP threads. I would like to ask that a 18+ subforum be created for these, as they are starting to flood the subforum for the Brimstone plot which is 18+. I would also like to ask that all the non-brimstone related threads be moved there please. @Wes @Ametheliana
