Approved Character Curtis McNair

Interesting... But what capacity is he joining 4th Fleet? As IPG? I'd like Koenig to contact me about his character plans and ideas so we're on the same page.
 
We've spoken. I have no issues with the character. Can a mod please get this rolling?
