If you were supposed to get an email from the forum but didn't (e.g. to verify your account for registration), email Wes at stararmy@gmail.com or talk to me on Discord for help. Sometimes the server hits our limit of emails we can send per hour.
I have several questions about this and have not been able to find the answers. Could someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction?
1) How and where do you get Cybernetic enhancements?
2) What kind of computer interface enhancements are there for Nepleslians? In particular, are there enhancements that will allow my character to interact with a ship similar to the SPINE interface?
Not sure if there is a cybernetic implant that would be able to tie into a ship like the SPINE does. SPINE interfaces have to be installed on a ship. Only problem is reviewing what I can find on the Wiki there does not appear to be an approved device at this time.
So you would have to find such an implant, and then have its counter part installed on the ship, with permission of course.
I may have to work on submitting my own idea for this. Though it will probably take a while since I need to research this and I really don't have time to with school. But hey, I needed a hobby anyway.
Now the interesting thing for me is that I actually have done ZERO Role Play on this site but I know quite a bit about the technology. I don't mean in a general manor to I mean the very specific tech. Been using it for about the last year with Andrew, so on that note I have a question. Is there any room for implants that could possibly fabricate some type of battle high?..Close quarters satisfaction is riping someones limb from them and going "..Shit this is pretty great, huh?"
Well I have had characters in RP I have done in the past where they would use potent mild altering drugs before a fight. Comparable to drugs like LSD or possibly accumulations of DMT.
Although instead of making you just trip it would send you on a trip of DOOM!
I think the point I am trying to get at is that sometimes it is best not to be sane when you are evicerating your enemy. The benefits are interesting not to mention what fun playing a character whom is mentally unstable on a deep emotional level is!
There's combat stim drugs in Nepleslian power armor and in Yamataian power armor, the Mindy has an option to give the user a pleasurable sensation when she makes kills, so there's some precedent...but I'm more interested in this:
