History
Damion Scott was born to a normal family and lived a normal life except for the purpose of during his upbringing he leaned towards more technological side of life instead of like most males to the female chasing and to the army. He was a simple shy kid as he learned more he yearned for more information on technology specially starships.
When he got a job with the skills he learned he was a simple mechanic assistant helping repair simple parts of the star ships and vehicles he began to gain hands on expierience. with the help of the money he earned while staying living with his parents he purchased a small ship storage at one of the starports.
That is when he got his second job leaving the mechanic assitant life behind he joined a team of salvager and helped picking up the common space lanes of debree. he had worked aout a deal with the captain of the salvagers to be able to keep small parts of ships for a 25% deduction in his pay. He began at first just getting small part and learning how they work and jury rigging them to work again and began sleeing them out of the Ship storage as a salvage part store.
He did not make much on it but after a few years of doing this on the side he had learned enough to start to reapirt things correctly and that when he began to make more money. with this new money coming in he made his first purchase something he really had no idea how it worked but it was kinda kool. It was a Central Drone Artificial Inteligence System for Star Cruiser with a self recharging power core.
After he recieved it he began to read more about it and began to learn as much as he could about it. The mor ehe learned about the more he respected it as he fianlly learned how to programs it personality and it basic key logic circuit he gave it the personality as someone he would want to be around. With the programing of the AI done. He knew he had to add more onto it.
As he had learned to weld when fixing component for his salvage shop. He had also gained salvaged metal he began to buils a frame to set the AI in. The frame began to take an Artistic look like no other. When people saw it and asked what it was, he responded with "it a felling that I built on not a look I am trying to achieve.
As time went on he sold salvaged and repaired part increasing his knowledg of the changing technology and making small purchases of Star cruiser parts starting with engines and working his way through to the very frame was almost packed with parts leaving just enough room for a cockpit.
It took about 10 years and Damion was reaching the age of 28 since he started this project. When the salvage crew he worked with so long was deciding to end it's run. And on there last day of salvaging they suprised Damion who had actually proven his worth piloting the small Salvagler drone. They had paid for from a company he still does not know a Custom Cockpit set up for him.
The owner had been saving up that 25% pay cut for the last 5 years to do this. It was a fully integrated Cockpit that would work with a drone AI system. It had all the gauges and systematic operation system with manual flight controls. Aftar was all said and done he had a skin less beast with a very odd look.
At the age of 28 he decided since he was out of a job and had some piloting skills he would become a freelance pilot and harness the skills he already had and see what would become of him. Meanwhile he used money he made to lock his Ship up visiting it when ever he could in a high security containment center. The lock was a genetic lock designed for his DNA and secutity code combo. A 3 stage system that lock itself if one step is missed and only Damion hold the overide code. But that where his story picks up As a freelance Pilot looking for work.
Skills:
1. Engineering: Damion is a Below average egineer but has a great hand at piecing part together. He is rough around the edges but shows great promise if he had the proper guidance. He learned this as he worked as a salvager and rebuilt parts to resell for extra cash.
2. Starship Operation: An advanced pilot that has spean many years piloting a small ship through debree and collecting the most valuable before hauling the junk away. he is able to fly with what seems to be quick agile movements and able to thread the needle with small ships.
3. Maintenance and Repair: Learning most his skill in repair and mechanical form broken parts. He does not really know what the actuall full repair is of an object but can get it back to working condition with at least 25% efficiency. Jury riggin has become a specialty of his.
4. Mathematics: Having enough skills in the field of mathematics to run the basics of a business and how to manage money his knowledge does not go much past that but he is willing to learn more when needed to help him. He does know the angles and aerodynamics of a space craft though. This is because much his time is speant researching these things.
5. Physical: By having a lot of physical labor as being a salvager he has gained a high strength. He is also pretty agile and dexterous. His running speed is pretty much normal, though his strength and endurance out last most natural males by almost 3 times theres.
