I probably should note for those reviewing this that the only changes made are in the weapons damage output and just under the red part where removed, new and modified systems are listed.

All other changes are cosmetic (such as the small changes to history)
 
It looks like an overhaul Nepleslia could do.

Note, however, that only the NDI is capable of producing the DD4 vessels in their specialized facilities. Though the Nepleslians could likely modify every DD4 out into the B variant, they won't be constructed in this manner unless the Nerimians agree to it.
