Deleted Senate Board

I was told not too long ago by Thomas to check the proposal in the Senate. I thought it was an odd request since the Senate board was deleted. But Thomas has made a proposal in it and he still sees it. Has the board been deleted, or hidden? If hidden, shouldn't at least the Senators have access? I think I remember Zack making a post about the deletion, and while I don't think I said anything then, I'll have to ask why exactly it's been deleted.
 
Wes has hidden the senate boards, you have to join the Yamatains user group in order to see the Yamatai senate and vice versa with the Nepleslian Senate.
