That's kind of awesome.
So is he a transuniversal immigrant (e.g. he started off in some other universe and came to SARP)? Or is the plan to have to Doukhs eventually be a normal part of the Star Army universe? Either way works for me, I'm just curious.

The idea is that they've been around for a long while, as a Red bio-engineering project, they're just rare enough (population in the 3-digits) that it's not surprising when you haven't heard of them. The sort of thing that a biologist hipster would brag about. 
If, for whatever reason, they don't work out OOCly, then they can fade back into obscurity without disrupting anything else. But Arse and I are eager to see what we can do with em.
