He needs to be ranked lower; A Captain or Rear Admiral makes more sense, as those are generally the ranks responsible for leading a Task Force.

Ships also carry NSS and not NSN for their designation.

Just gave another read. Other than a downright disrepectful spelling of the Word "Naval" which you have butchered into being spelled "Navel" i have no issues with this char.
