That's the question.

And to a lesser extent, what is the official statement on crime in Yamatai? Remember, crime can be anything from mass murder, to a sexual harassment suit.

Of course Yamatai has lawyers.

Crime on Yamatai is minimal, because of the culture and because most cities have an extremely strong military and/or government presence.
