DokuWiki Setup Error

I don't know if this is only happening to me or not, so I figured I'd post my problem here in case somebody knows how I can fix this particular problem.

Whenever I try to open the Wiki, I get this message:

DokuWiki Setup Error

The tmpdir ('tmp') does not exist, isn't accessible or writable. You should check your config and permission settings. Or maybe you want to run the installer?

Running the installer doesn't do anything, it just tells me I don't have permission. Anyone know what's up?

I just get a blank white page when I try to visit the Wiki.

Now it's alternating between a white page and the setup error. Well, at least I know it's not just me. Hopefully it's something Wes can fix. If not then I guess we should all just pray.

It should be working fine now.
