Today around 6pm ET, the server ST13 (our) was restarted and the site was down for about 5 minutes. Since I was on, I noticed almost immediately and contact their tech support. The wait was about ten minutes and by the time I got through, everything was good again. This host's best feature is its (so far) excellent reliability and thisis the first time this has happened, to my knowledge.
