Heyo this is my new guy for Ira's 147th kith. I gave him two fighting skills so he won't be good marksmand and brawler in the same skill. Seemed only fair.

Right, sorry I've taken so long, Shotty.

The biggest problem I have with him is the skills. He's a swordsman, a sniper, a heavy weapons user, etc. I.e. he is your ultimate ID-SOL badass. Can you tone him down some, please?

Well this is why I gave him two fighting skills for it. Well Gartagens actually use swords and are trained with them along with hand-to-hand training. About the ranged combat well. I will try to tone that down then...

Edit: I deleted the stuff about Heavy Weapons.
