I want to make sure you're aware that this organization is illegal in Yamatai and if they attempt to operate in YSE space, they will probably be arrested or be declared a military target.
 
I figured as such. I'll add that to the policies.

The Original 7 do not actually partake in any missions, and instead, with some distance and/or a cover identity, make the crews they've recruited do the missions - so it's their problem if they get caught out.

As I like to say: All these guys do is give these people a push in the right direction. What the recruited crews do with that push is up to them.
