This isn't going to be approved with ADR 1/PDR 5, ESPECIALLY with 12 Gauge rounds. Yes, you're using a Gauss mechanism, but the tradition of uncumbersome infantry weapons that deal ADR 1/PDR 5 is not one that I want to see start up.

Lower it down to PDR 3, and we'll talk.

I lowered the damage value to PDR 4, as I already have a PDR 3 weapon, and this weapon will fill the role of SAW.

I added some technical stuff about the recoil, and tweaked a few other things.

Thank you for making those changes Ira, talked with Ira about the DR and came to an understanding about why it is what it is. Changes made to the tech make up for it's high DR.
