Approved Submission [Elysia] Elysian Currency Update

I request that a news article be created highlighting the changes to the law so that no players are caught off-guard. Also, this will prevent the article from containing references to RP events that some may argue have not occurred in RP.

A bit over aggressive. Just say that due to a recent law, Elysia does not accept coupons of a foreign state as valid currency and does not deal in exchanging these in a foreign exchange market. Attempts to bypass this are illegal. Foreign bank transactions are also taxed.

This is actually a somewhat decent policy as it maintains a weak Aureas, which makes it so Elysian exports are cheap. This also makes it so people are incentivized to use Elysian banks, so there ends up being more money to loan out to potential investors.

But...RIP foreign investors. Oh well, it’s a pretty Elysian thing to do.
