Empyrean, Elysia Novus - The Senate announced today that it will begin to retrofit the Celestial Navy's fleet of mothballed Lanethron-class cargo ships in orbit around Keren III as part of a multi-stage plan intended to stimulate the stagnant Elysian economy. The ships - which will be “operated by former Elysian Celestial Navy personnel after they complete a quick training course,” according to Senator Antoni Castor - are expected to have been fully reactivated by the end of next month, based upon unofficial estimates provided by sources familiar with the subject.
