The reason for which I asked about ships not belonging to the SA (see the "Lacking any better: Hello!" thread) is because I was very intrigued from the Elysian race since I came upon this site. I first contacted Zakalwe for information and he's been very helpful, especially in updating me to earlier facts (my source of information was the old character creation guide, in which it didn't mention any war between the SA and ECN), he also informed me that I would have problems in making an ECN character for two main reasons:
1 - I'd be the only ECN around
2 - The only other Elysian around is a mass murdering psychopath
However, since he mentioned that all hostilities have ceased (even thought I still wonder if the misblaming on the Elysians for that killer virus was ever cleared) I wondered wether it could be possible to play an Elysian in the Star Army. He said it could be possible but I should have contacted you first.
