Scalar eh? Wouldn't using electricity make it less dangerous, but still powerful enough to take down baddies?
 
Scalar is used by Yamatai for stunning. Using electricity needs to contact the skin to work. The scalar waves don't have that problem.
 
Isn't scalar... a little to dangerous to be used in this application?
I mean the NSPs are pushing it slightly but a scalar stunbaton?
 
Low level are used for stun weapons, this is a stun weapon with no range. So it uses a lower level than an NSP, which has to fire it at a distance.
 
How do the waves emit from the baton, and how do you ensure they don't hit the user? It should be noted on the article that this chance that, like the NSP, this baton would have a significant chance of being fatal if it was used to hit someone in the head.
 
Added Usage section that details how the scalar energy is discharged, that it is focused, and very low in power taking multiple hits to render unconscious.
