Yes, the Kuvexian Heist was a raid on a ship that was sneaking into Yamataian space to replace the shipyard that Eucharis Destroyed. FSC used swarms of cheaply made EMP Rockets two cripple the ship. They then used the data they collected to improve upon these EMP Rockets to make a larger version of them that was used on b7r - 604. This would be be refined form of the generic Tech weapon they started with.
I mean, it's a pretty balanced missiles. The last time the RudaaS came around I checked the EMP and it's a solid little thing. Even fit the old checklist.
Going to withdraw this submission, since in its current state it just increases the DR of the missile container which could otherwise just be used to launch drones.
