I struggle to write this knowing you will open it so far away, but I trust those in Tsenlan will have your side. Your brother was involved in an incident in the outer Yirune Arm, my brother Jun spent many hours attempting to save his life without success, and a "Do not Restore" order has been placed on his IDE. Sylix Lunari is expected to retain the Jol'Aester position as that father wished for our legacy on the throne to end for now. I expect that things will drastically change in the Imperium in these coming days. The news has not been released publicly as of yet that my father has passed, we are holding off until tomorrow.

Following the official announcement here in the Imperium, I expect you will wish to inform those settled in Tsenlan and the Yamatai Star Empire that Tetsuya Eitan has passed.

There are a lot of uncertain things right now, the new Chancellor Vaelaris Orinas seems to be ambitious and desires a complicated relationship with our Ysi. The new Jol'Aester is young, naive, and inexperienced. I will contact you before we leave. Right now the future seems very uncertain.

It surely is a shame that this Chancellor has chosen to complicate things, we will keep an eye out and an ear to the ground. Will be having Tsenlan keep its distance from the Imperium for the time being. Whatever may come, wherever you go, know that I trust the future of our Ysi is in good hands with you.
