RP: YSS Genesis [Episode 3] Frozen Wranglers

Mako was racing back to the ship. She was disappointed that she didn't get the first hit, even though she made a big deal about it. Knowing that she was but a link in a chain that would make this op work out, helped a little, but her ego was bruised. Her suit popped up with instructions on how to attach the cable to the ship. It was simple enough. She quickly sent a message to Shoi Maverick:
Code:
Ma'am I'm closing in the ship now, I should be able to get the cable attached with in 3 minutes.

Shinon listened to transmission and sighed. She still needed Nova to finish. so she send a transmission back.
We are having a little trouble attaching the last cable. But don't worry we will get it done.

"Kin-heisho," Shinon called her second in command. "Work with the others to attach the cabled to the ship. Some of the crew will be there to help soon." She then looked at Nova who was still reeling her cable back.

"Now, now Nova-hei no rush." Shinon said and laughed a little. "The ship won't go anywhere without us. Just aim properly and shoot, we have plenty time." Shinon did not care how much the ship rushed. They were not out here, near a comet. As far as she cared they could go sod themselves.

Lina stared at the status display and nodded. "Looks like they are having some issues, but they should be done shortly," she said and looked at one of the cable that was giving them issues.

"Looks like they missed with one wire and will have to try again," said the girl as she watched the comet that they were wrangling.

Results from the simulation appeared and Lina sighed and passed them over to the captain. "Simulation didn't do to well, hmm..."

"Ma'am, it might be possible to move the ship slightly closer to the team so that they'll have an easier time," she looked over at Rikou

Elsewhere, the computer monitored the status of the situation.
