Approved Submission Eradani Power Armor

@Commissar Farzi History needs actual linked dates in it, please. Also several opportunities for wikification.

I think the power armor systems and materials need to be fleshed out a little, also some short forms you place in like "NBC" have no reference to anything, so need to be explained or linked in. Even as a one-off unique armor, this requires a bit more detail, please.
 
Any updates on this submission so far? I'm just checking, no pressure.
 
I've finally got started on it again-had to figure out what other subsystems one would have on an armor like this-that and RL stuff got me a little side tracked.
