Hehe, well that's good, it means Taharial can be nice to her and not be a bitch to her. I think that Taharial would threaten her then after realise it was bad if Mao was douchy.
 
Just a suggestion, but if we want to do the Mindy 4 Development Subplot, examining the Nightmare-type and applying the lessons learned to the exsisting armor design might be a fun plot that involves both the medical, technical, and armor team characters.

That would be interesting to see, but it took lot to capture the Nightmare Type that Taharial is planning to convert, so I have no idea if letting it run wild is a good idea.
 
Technical note: Hanako has some Ketsurui samurai training, from back when she was Yui's servant and worked in the Empress' Palace surrounded by the Samurai until YE 27. Hanako was named Hinosami back then. She was also very close to Tsuya, the head of the samurai. An example of the two of them appearing in RP is the wedding of Empress Ayame to Emperor Uesu. She is trained with swords and back before she lost all her possessions when the Captain's Suite was destroyed in battle, Hanako had a ninjato-style Zesuaium samurai sword.
 
Zack, I like the idea of developing the MINDY 4 in plot I'm planning to do the same for the SYLPH 2 for mini nekos on the Takamagahara starting next mission
 

Well that makes keeping her safe in the event of a fight simultaneously less complicated and more worrisome.

What do you mean by that? Star Army doesn't really have psionics, it's a sci-fi setting with no magic. If you mean wireless telepathy, then yes, there are implants.

Weird post, I know. But this is what happens when you tell the kind of person who's combat style is pretty much "sacrifice arm -> counter-stab" to open up. -_-
