Exotic Nepleslian Name?

I was curious as to the naming of my character in mind, I kind of wanted to use the name Amadi Kamau however that is an African name, rather than American.

Would this be allowable, and if so how would it be best I describe this?

Just use the name. There is no present-day nation at all in game. Nepleslia has no America, no Russia, no etc. Adjectives describing nationality are strictly limited to in-game factions such as "Yamataian" and "Nepleslian". (Terms like Slavic are still okay, because it can be used to refer to a speech/social construct). So you can use the name just fine. No added fanfare necessary.
