Approved Adoption [FM NPC] Spacecase Kiver Eight Zero

I'd like to adopt this character for use in an upcoming Freespacer plot. Not as good as having the real @Dumont around, but... Yeah, they haven't posted in at least a year. Mostly just putting this out there to give them to chance to shoot me down if by some small chance they read this. They also have the right to take Kiver back if they return.
