FMS-2 Multifunction Plasma Torch 'Inventive Killer'

Well, if you never shoot the plasma bolts and you use it as intended (ie, don't leave it on all the time), it might last a coulple of hundred.
 
So how much use in 'laser cutter' mode are you expected to get out of it a day if you want it last centuries?

Not that much, actually. The laser function is highly dangerous to the wielder and if you use it for longer than you need to, you're an idiot who deserves to lose the eye you just pointed it at.
 
I think it lasts too long.
 
I'm not sure what an appropriate battery life would be, honestly. It's wiki'd, so feel free to edit it.
 
Considering it has 20 shots, how would 5 minutes for the cutting torch mode and 45 min for the lighter (keeping in mind the lighter mode will be loosing a huge amount to inefficiency)?
 
This doesn't seem to have a problem from anyone and it's wikified already.
