Hammerhead here. I guess if you're tuning into this, you might have heard about the commotion on Port Hope... It wasn't a mistake or false propaganda. You haven't misheard the news. Members of the Wire Guided are breaking up the stalemate in the sector, by driving out Viridian Array members connected with the weapons manufacturer Hollowpoint.

This is probably a morally inexcusable act of uncivil aggression, but we can't wait for the children of the old Free State to wake up any longer. It's not enough to simply proliferate weapons and destroy ourselves on the security forces of other nations, as our pro-Nepleslian brothers desire. Or, even live by the favor that such weapons buy us. We are friends with Nepleslia, but that does not make us equals.

No. Freespacers have always lived in the gaps between planets. Trying to halfheartedly rely on them now is slowly destroying us. We will never have the biggest ships. We will never have the most powerful weapons.

So, the Wire Guided is going to seed the universe instead. That is what was always in our blood. The enemy can't glass us if we live right under their noses, anywhere and everywhere. We need to expand our mindware network to such impossible lengths that it becomes an invisible ocean, fluid and chaotic, but fundamentally indestructible.

Please stay safe and avoid the conflict for now, friends. Our technology will be spread far and wide soon enough, and then we will all reap the benefits.
