Approved Character [Frontier Skies] Milo Frost

Applying for the Frontier Skies plot (run by @Yuuki) with an ancient character of mine, Milo Frost.

If possible, I’d like for him to be promoted to a Commander (or even a Captain?) due to him being a Lieutenant since YE 38; if not, however, it’s no big deal. I also know that his wiki page is a mess; once I finish repairing/updating/etc. Masato’s wiki page, Milo’s is next in the queue.
