Notes: Needs a little text after the Statistical Data header. Nice use of wrap plugin! The outer appearance is so ugly but the interiors are super detailed and look amazing! Can you explain why it needs 19 crew?
 
You say the outer is ugly, I say its utilitarian.

Passenger Service. The dining room can seat 96 people. So you need enough cooks, waiters/waitresses that service goes smoothly. Then their are the folks who take care of the lounge, luggage etc.

Add to that just the normal crew to run a ship. 19 is conservative. I figure that using some EM-J2's help with things as well.
