A tricked out Jeep, basically. I think the Aether generator for power may be a bit much, but I couldn't think of anything else to power it with.

Yeah, but only Yamatai could build it. Yarvex tires, etc.
 
I still say Nepleslia could use this. When I look at the pictures I just get this strange Nepleliaen vibe. But from the description it look like was meant for non-military personnel.
 
The article needs some formatting. The bullets at the top aren't done right and there aren't any links to other articles in it.
 
Is there a page with proper standard vehicle formatting? I'm trying to format it right and tone it down a bit so it can work.
