This character was intended for use in Cedric's failed plot, 1st SOAR. With cyborgdjmoose (the intended co-GM of the plot) and Wes' permission, I have appropriated this character for use in 4th Fleet.
I have edited parts of the text to read better and to reflect the current assignment. I have not touched the character's personality or history. This is mainly to make use of Nepleslian officer characters rather than leaving them on the shelf.
