History
Green grew up on Neplsia, not in the worst parts but it was still fairly bad. He was named after the preferred ‘gang' of his family and was busy helping them make a living sense he was very young. When he was old enough he tried to enter politics but was unsuccessful on Neplsia. After moving to Albini his political career started to take off and he succeeded in winning several small positions in the planetary government.
Skills:
Communications: Time on Albini has allowed Green to hone his skills in talking and communicating with others in order to get his way. While he is far from the perfect charismatic speaker his skills in the area are still credible.
Domestic: growing up on Neplisa teaches a youngster a few things. The least of which is how to cook, clean, and take care of one's family. His culinary skills leave something to be desired but he is tidy and knows how to make a bed.
Fighting and physical: Growing up on Neplisa teaches a youngest a few things. Fighting and defending one self in hand to hand combat is a necessity. While Green was never to successful in hand to hand he is proficient in the use of knifes and improvised weapons.
Humanities: Unable to use affect political change on Neplisa, Green moved to Albini where he started to study government and the philosophy behind it. While not as good a speaker as he would like he has a wealth of knowledge on how to run a government but only little experience with what he has achieved on Albini.
Leadership: Leadership is a must in any political carrier and Green was quick to pick up on the skills and mannerisms needed to make a group follow his lead.
