Guns without price tags

OK, as the player for a Independent character my character has to buy all his equipment. So what do I do if the neat toy I'm looking at doesn't have a price tag listed? For a couple of examples.

Type 28 Nekovalkyrja Service Pistol

MR90-Series Projectile Weapon System

I know some of these things are military tech and probably not suppose to be in the hands of civilians. But still, my character is a mercenary and probably already breaking a few laws.
 
To my knowledge, the only way to obtain a Type 28 outside of being in the military is likely the Black Market, in which case, MoonMan can help you there. Or, as a privateer for Yamatai. The other, I have no idea.
 
Well those were just a couple of examples, obviously I missed the link for the Type 28 NSP. But these two weren't the only ones I couldn't find the price for. I guess what I'm asking is if you find something that doesn't have a price on it or I know some Elysian Guns specifically list the price as Military Only which doesn't do you much good if your looking for an estimate for less then legal sales. Plus I would hate to have to bother MoonMan every time I want to buy a new gun.

Most Elysian guns are manufactured strictly BY the military FOR the military. They aren't ever for sale on the open market.

This means black market value is going to fluctuate wildly depending on supply and demand. As some of them are quite good (the Atromos for example), there will likely be demand - supply, however, would likely always push the price up fairly high.

If you want to come up with something specific I suppose I can work something out with you but it's not really safe to assume a black market price for something that doesn't even have a LEGAL market.
