Approved Submission Heitan-Class (1B) Carrier Overhaul

It looks like it needs:
  • OOC info and art credits (also remove the watchcycle thing, it sucked and I removed the plugin)
  • Make sure header levels aren't skipped / incorrectly nested (e.g. don't go directly from H1 to H3) - Quality plugin at the bottom of the page will tell you if it's an issue still (on Ghost Nebula style only).
 
Okay, OOC Info and Art Credits added. Removed the Watchcycle. Fixed the Header issue.
