You need to update her history with information on her change-over to the SAoY and anything of importance leading up to Inqusition.
 
You added one sentence about her being transferred within the SAoY. The history immediately above that has her in the UOC. You'll have to account for that in more than one sentence.
 
Any reason why? Normally adoptions get approved regardless of updated history. That's done afterwards..?

Regardless, added another sentence. If there isn't a standard process for that sort of change there's no way I can describe it, best leave it undetailed and implied like how most transfers between placements occur.
 
That sentence doesn't work. Try to use this a time to flesh out why she left the UOC to join the SAoY.
 
Do you think there was time for her to have earned her rank again during a few missions rather than outright been given responsibility of away team leader of the Inquisition right after being in the UOC?
