Approved Character Hisoka, XSS Tiavareth Intel Analyst and Starscream :p

While very well written, her skills seem to a tad too developed for a 5 month old Neko.

A deep cover mission that lasted barely a couple of months? Might want to rephrase that.

However, I see nothing to hold this up.

All the cosmetic problems have been repaired with proper application of a timeframe and reduction of awesomesauce.
