Historical Ship: GSS Kyuubi

Nekovalkyrja war fleets did not include Subjugator-ships, only Iori, Chiharu, Yuumi, Ayame, Kyoto, Arashi, Irim, and Yui class vessels were used. It has been hard for me to find historic information because we didn't keep previous versions of the fleet pages from YE 24 so they're mostly YE 27/2006 era at the earliest. IIRC there were only 600 Subjugators made and they were only used from YE 23-24 or 25 and only in the main fleets, particularly the 3rd SF and the 1st XF.
 
I was noticing that when I was digging through the wiki. Chiharu is a little too new for this particular timeline. The Kyoto seems more along the lines of what I was looking for. =)

The first Kyoto-class carriers were introduced in YE 24. Can we change it to that date?
