An NPC to manage Star Army Logistics as per discussions with Wes. I'm not quite sure what the creation/approval process for NPCs is, some I'm treating her like a PC.
 
NPC's usually only need a basic bio, without skills, and some other trimmings left off, but, since she's done up so nicely and I can't find anything wrong, you have an approved NPC.
