How long for a Yamatain to gestation/maturation?

The wiki doesn't really say how long it takes a Yamataian or a Geshrin to mature physically.

For Geshrin we are told this:

The gestation period for babies, however, is only 3 months.

Can we assume that Gestation for a Yamataian is also 3 months?

The NH-29 page provides information as gestation and physical maturation.

But nowhere is this listed for either the Geshrin or the Yamataian.

As I recall, Geshrin and Yamataians mature as standard humans after they are born.
