This suggestion is to improve the New Players guide by:
  • Simplifying it
  • Adding basic setting information (tech)
  • Adding recent events (based on feedback)
  • Adding basic faction info
  • Giving players a checklist of what they need to do to join
  • Telling them how to get into RPs and talking about Open RPs more

Someday I'm going to actually really start my primer which is going to be a longer (4kish) introduction to the setting and tropes.

The improvements are great, maybe we should add some art? Just images from the SARPiverse to increase the visual appeal of the pages?

I suggest moving the new player checklist to the very top of the new player's guide, or at least just below the setting section.

I'd like to see the NDC represented in at least one too.
