Impulse Power Armor and Backpack Update

This is a resubmission of Origin Industries Impulse Power Armor. With the advent of new artwork, it was decided that the Impulse and it's backpack attachments' pages were to be redone. The largest change to the impulse is the change of ADR 7 to 8, amongst several smaller, cosmetic additions to the text.

As for the packs, the largest change would be the increase of the space pack's shields from 5 to 8. Numerous small changes, such as more detailed text and prices for sub-components were made as well.

The ADR change is justifiable with the usage of a heavier armor in addition to the lighter material. As for the shields that is fine since it is a 'space pack' and used for space only. Overall to me it looks a bit cleaner which is always nice.
